PLEASE BE ADVISED, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS AT THIS TIME. WE ARE HOPING TO OPEN UP TO NEW PATIENTS IN AUGUST. PLEASE CALL US IN AUGUST TO SEE IF WE ARE ACCEPTING.

We do not practice as a primary care for pediatric patients. We do consults IF the parents are current patients.

We often make suggestions to change your diet, add supplements/herbs and IV treatments. These are often out of pocket expenses that insurance does not cover. If you are interested in becoming a new patient, please fill out the paperwork below. Once you have submitted your paperwork, we will enter it into our system and call you as soon as possible to schedule you. Please be advised that there is a $50-$100 no show/late cancel fee.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama Patients– please be aware if your contract/policy number begins with BEG, NDJ, BGL or PGX you will require a referral from your PCP to see Jewelia Gahan, NP. This MUST be obtained before we can schedule an appointment.
